Includes modules 5-7. This is where the magic happens. We transform your revenue structure, and cost structure to guide you to ideal profitability in your business. We dive deep into pricing, expenses, and revenue generating strategies.

In phase 4 module 8, you'll finalize your profit plan that you'll use to operate your business on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. You'll know exactly what to monitor and track to get you to toward reaching your ultimate profit goal.
